January 22, 2025 at 9:33 amPlease contact an animal NGO as they will help you with this issue. In your case, the activity done by your neighbor is not legal. I suggest you lodge a complaint with the police station, and they will take care of it.UUser_ad15ec0f

January 22, 2025 at 9:30 amKeep a copy of the rent agreement handy as it will be sufficient for verification. Please ensure that the address entered in the agreement matches with your Aadhaar card, passbook, and passport. Additionally, please be prepared as the office might request some facilitation fees (speed money).UUser_ad15ec0f

January 22, 2025 at 9:26 amWhen you entered the cell phone number and email address and accepted the terms, you included their right to communicate with you and send offers. However, since this is a very fringe case, complaining about the same does not make any sense.UUser_ad15ec0f

January 22, 2025 at 9:23 amThe loans that your father has taken can only be recovered from him or his assets. As per your statement, since there are no assets to inherit, there is nothing for you to pay to the bank. The bank might harass you and issue notices to you and others involved once the EMI/payment defaults begin. They may make a claim against his PPF and pension, but they cannot legally hold you liable for the debts.
This advice is based on the assumption that you have not signed any documents with your father as a co-borrower or guarantor.
However, please note that the student loan will need to be paid by you as you are a co-signer on that loan
