      I had a terrible experience with UniAcco as well while trying to book my student accommodation (Canvas City Point, ยฃ119 pw).
      After paying a ยฃ50 service fee โ€” which no other agent/partner charges โ€” I was promised smooth processing, cashback offers, and transparent communication. Instead:

      * My booking has been pending for over 2 weeks with no clear updates.
      * I was misled regarding referral bonuses and cashback conditions.
      * The assigned agent (**Calvin**) used abusive language (“fuck you” via WhatsApp) when I demanded accountability.
      * Calvin also misbehaved with my referrals, giving false promises and disrespecting them.

      As a student who trusted UniAcco, this experience has been extremely disappointing and stressful.

      **Students booking accommodation, please stay alert and careful.**
      I have formally demanded a refund and escalation to UniAcco’s management. Waiting to see how they handle this โ€” but wanted to raise awareness.
