Curious how they can restrict me from selling my land, I have all the original documents and they have nothing with them

I bought the land from the promoter directly no such thing was mentioned in the agreement, it is not a residential plot, farm land plot, meant for doing farming and having a farm house, the owners are are making home owner association for a farmland plot where there are no houses

Yeah I will have to do that, before that i just want to ensure if they can legally ask money like this

They are forming home owner association where there is no home, that is the problem
