My take: The best option for you is to forget about it and move on

However if this option pains your call conscience then you talk to her,ask a bit about her past and tell what you have seen and you NCII /NCCI I forgot the exact anke and file a complaint there ,but reddit is a very tricky platform with complete anonymity and a court case can take years and you will probably dragged into this until everything ends which is not certain if it will ever end.

If you don’t want this to happen to anyone else ,file an FIR and also ask for damages their insurance should pay for it if the vehicle is new it should have insurance.
