      too had a really bad experience a couple of days back. I was booking a holiday with my wife to Spain for May. Once I made the initial payment through their app, I get a call from the customer care agent saying I would lose my money as the hotel in Madrid was too far outside the city and the hotel they booked for us in Barcelona was an 8-bed female dormintory.

      The main travel agent that emailed me the itinerary refused to take responsbility for the issue, claiming it was an app issue and that he was not responsible for it. He made strange arguments like “You should have cross checked with a human instead of depending on our app”, when the itinerary came through his PYT email. When i raised this, he said it was not me it was the app.

      He also claimed “you can escalate, nothing is going to happen”.

      After multiple escalations and an email from the PYT owner Hari himself, I still only received an assurance of an 8k refund out of the initial payment of 48k. I am at a complete loss of what to do! Can someone suggest ways to help me please?
