bro if you suicide. nothing happens to her, but if she suicides even if she didn’t mention your name. you would be taken in custody/arrested. there was a case where a pilot died due to suicide and the police arrested the bf/ex bf idk. I would recommend you to lawyer up if you think that she can commit suicide and get her signatures that if she commits suicide then you are not to be held responsible. that’s just the way our country is. women>men (legally)

look my man, im sorry,
the best i could suggest you is try another lawyer in the city who has good ratings cause the lawyers in rural are all freakin corrupts. Also you can go to the high court, since your mother’s case is genuine i am sure you will get better results. also , you can try contacting some female NGO’s which support women in these kinds of cases. I hope you get justice
