Poverty isn’t a crime. Deliberately putting other road users at risk is. Today it was a person that made out alive because of his mistakes. Tomorrow, it could be a child that he’d hit and run and leave the kid to die.

Please file the case so that his license gets revoked. Whether or not you get compensation out of this is secondary but for general public safety, do not let this man have the right to drive again.
