      You have to follow the same Cause Title and Memo of Parties that was there in the Lower Court.

          YES. Divorce can be filed in India in the same district where the marriage took place.
          Among other Jurisdictions, the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 [Section 19(i)] gives Jurisdiction to the Court where the Marriage was solemnised.

            Hello, just download the E Courts Application from Playstore or App Store and choose, State – District – Case Type – Case No.
            Using this, you can access the Orders, but not for the Family, Marital Dispute Case.

            If you want the files of the case, you have to apply for the certified copy to the concerned court, and that will be given to you subject to your role in the case.

              There is no such rule.
              Some Lawyers do, some don’t.
              You can’t really make this an issue, and this is a person to person thing.
