By suggesting any blame on her you’re cutting slack to the criminal. She had no knowledge of being recorded and it’s not like she trusted him and consented to making intimate videos for his phone. She wasn’t aware the video was being taken at all and his actions are CRIMINAL. In this situation, by being cautious do you mean uncomfortably look around for cameras while in action or straight up ask him “hey do you have any hidden cameras here?” Do mention what she should have done practically, actionwise.
