Thanks for your post. I have been facing a similar issue with Sony.
Purchased Sony BRAVIA XR A95L 65″ worth approx 3L around Aug 2024 and there is a manufacturing defect I noticed on the display in just 15-20 days of me buying it. I have been constantly after Sony to get my TV replaced as I have shown them the proof that it is a manufacturing defect but they only wish to change the display instead of a replacement. I do not want them to open up my new TV.
I wish to take them to the court as well…
