I still won’t change my stance- Change your lawyer.

The judge isn’t taking the seriously for either of the two reasons

1. you are not greasing his hands ( approach his munshi for it but ye to lawyer ko aapko batana chahiye tha)

2. Your lawyer sucks ass, He is happy sucking your 20000/hearing.

Take it slow.
1. Start treating her as an acquittance. Send typical “Good Morning” messages, some Sai Baba image kind of cringe and so on and on.

2. Tell her how glad you are that you have such a sibling kind of vibes, tell her that your mother would love to invite you during Rakhi and Bhaiduj.

3. Keep SS of all of this chat.

4. Tell her that your parents are very toxic and your to be wife has to deal with so many stuffs, you always wanted a Mahindra XUV 700 and a Chrome themed CONTINENTAL GT 650 but your parents wont buy you and you won’t buy such stuffs with your own money because you want it in the form of Gifts/Lottery.

Change your lawyer, seems like you have an amateur and majbur advocate who has 0 connections. Be ready to loosen your pocket though if you are going to approach a good lawyer (Like 25000 per hearing) but it will be worth it.

I don’t think that a lawyer won’t know about 498A. The issue with these posts are that they are unidirectional.
