      however,

      In India, the Governor does **not automatically have to invite only the single largest party**. The Governor’s main duty is to identify **who is most likely to command majority support in the Assembly**.

      So if:

      * TVK has **108 seats**
      * Majority mark is **118**
      * Another alliance/group already shows support of **118+ MLAs** through letters/support lists, then the Governor can legally invite that coalition instead of first swearing in Vijay
