please file a complain with the banking ombudsman.

Credit Card is unsecured instrument, RBI guideline clearly states the liability lies with the bak offering the credit card. if you did not use the card then bank should have cancelled the card.

you also need to file a complain with National Consumer helpline for misinformation & wrongful charge.

I think you should get your money back.

and don’t worry about CIBIL, first get the matter sorted with the back and then you can file a complain with CIBIL for wrong report and get the details updated

so it was excessive of her to act this way …

next year once he turns 60 get him a senior citizen card. if this happens again you file a complaint against her for harassment of senior citizen.

          NAL…

how old is your dad ?

has the tenant ever complaint to you or the society before reaching out to police ?

if your dad is above 60 and/or if the tenant has directly complaint to the police without even trying to resolve the matter first by mean of discussion within the society then the tenants reaction is a bit excessive.

hopefully the police will just talk and not bother to register a formal complaint.

            • During probation this is possible

            • Do you really want bad performance to reflect on your experience certificate ? it will make finding another job difficult.

Since you are starting from a stop position and the light has just turned green, if you are accelerating aggressively and if you are driving a full size SUV like a Thar or Fortuner then chances are that when you hit the pedestrian they might get dragged under and you might driver over them or worst they get stuck with the car and get pulled along until they get unstuck.

if they are stuck and you continue driving then the longer you drive the lesser their chances to survive.

if they unstuck then they would most likely survive with some cuts, bruises & fractures

Also, you will have a hit and run case against you. if in case death happens then culpable homicide not amounting to murder

you might well be speaking out of your own sore experience and I appreciate you share the same with me here.

But I will still disagree until and unless I personally happen to experience the same myself.

I don’t consider disagreements as violence. I believe they are healthy and constructive. But that disagreement also needs to happen with a certain degree of objectivity & should not deviate from logical rational.

Also, remember never to argue with stupid!

I don’t think mods would resort to violence, not until you would somehow instigate them.

so if you believe your face has those qualities which can compel a complete stranger to get into a fit of rage just to beat you up then you should just run.

you mean like a state of delusion ?

I really see no reason why people would beat someone up purely after looking at their face unless there is history.

may be criminals deserve being beaten up just on their face value but why would anyone do that in general ?

I can continue with this though but then my spirits is leaving my body the more I try to comprehend
