Not sure which city/sport. Hyderabad Cricket Association requires a player to be born in Telangana or live there for the last 3 years. Oci holders are eligible – you have to have an aadhar card and reside in telangana for 3 years. This is applicable to play under HCA organized games. I know a couple of kids born in USA and playing in Hyderabad.
