You don’t need to distance yourself from her. You love her and you should care for her if you have the energy but you should still keep medical reports, screenshots etc because if she harms herself her parents may blame you for everything. Maybe try talking to them. Rest I hope you get advice from some medical doctor and her condition gets treated. Best of luck to you both

I don’t know if this will scare you or help you but I know someone whose ex girlfriend committed suicide (she was apparently depressed and on some medication). Her father came with some local boys and beat him a lot to a point where he was unconscious. He was eventually arrested by the cops who took a huge bribe and did not file a case and told him to go back home town which he did.

Mahr is generally paid before marriage at least that is the practice generally the practice in marriages I have seen
