But in this case, no such sort of thing happened, then why did this happen to us? Why victim account in this case was blocked, any idea?

Hi thanks for the reply.

My father do visited the bank and we got to know about all this stuff from them only. The cyber cell office in my city isn’t much active and isn’t responding to our grievances.

My only question is that do the banks have information on who is the complainant. The bank authorities are saying that the account has been blocked on the order of the cyber cell agency. Then, why they will be having the complainant details?
