      One of my uncle and DSP in Kerala police and after retirement he took law degree and enrolled and is now working in Kerala High court. Keep in mind that he is working as ab associate to a senior lawyer. Here seniority is defined by experience and not age.

          Imagine you forgot to pay your credit card bill, and it could be even because of some family emergency..will they cancel the interest? Will they revoke the cibil score hit? SEBI has put these guidelines for a reason.
          Also they are saying their employees will be impacted during appraisal. They expect you to show the employees mercy which the bank itself won’t show to them. Shouldn’t the bank consider this as a simple mistake and employee made during a busy time and go lenient on them.

            It’s not a big deal. Cruelty is a vague word in case of divorce. Even denying a physical relation is considered as part of cruelty.

              In my company, if you are employed on 31st Dec, irrespective of notice period or not, you are eligible for bonus. Maybe your last working day is before such a cut off date. Check with HR
