Also you are in India & not US. Here a normal court case stretches atleast by 2years where in every time lawyer reprsents you will charge money . Even for simple consultation lawyer will charge atleast ₹1000 to ₹2000 . So is it feasible for you ???
UGet a job in a service WITCHAA company and then compare your experience, you will understand what I mean .UVery sure you weren’t an employee at the first place you were on contractual hire . Thus I doubt you can even initiate any legal actions. As govt min pay is around 15k to 18k per month.UTake one advice . “Apply lots of lube on Asshole of yours & lie down with your butt exposed ”

Then serve through your body , humility as well.As many in past have suffered such harrasments as well so you can pay it back to them by allowing others to do that to you. Why Kejriwal own son & daughter avail Caste based reservation Qouta for education despite both of their parents being in Govt. Positions .Tina Dabi & her sister both cleared IAS through Caste Reservation Qouta despite both of their parents well off economically so what societal challenge was crushing Tina Dabi & her younger sister that they couldn’t avail IAS qualification on merit ??

UI doubt that. When asking for Qouta based reservation isn’t illegal, asking for cast census isn’t illegal, asking for Caste based Qouta and doing strikes taking out procession isn’t illegal. Mentioning caste based reservation in Govt Jobs and their advertisement Online , newspaper isn’t illegal.
Availing Educational Institute seats based on Caste Qouta instead of merit system isn’t illegal.So why does the above case of asking caste becomes illegal???
In India Caste is more important as one Caste Certificate changes the fate !! Those who have Caste Certificate gets benefit in jobs, education, taxations , available Govt. Schemes but those who don’t have Caste Certificate or aren’t eligible due to being ” born ” in Upper Caste Section of society under General Qouta they are left to struggle in the rat race, need to be meritful to gain seats .
So those who enjoy Caste Benefits can’t they bear the reality of their Caste & face discrimination if at all they have to face in society since they themselves are in favour of being discriminatory to the other section of society & aren’t ashamed at all !!!
So I support caste based discrimination in society since my govt. , my legislation, my executive, my judiciary accept Caste is Important & uphold the discrimination being practiced officially by them.
Caste is indeed “important”.
