But jokes aside, dealer can’t legally force you to take insurance only from them. Write to Skoda India on twitter with this email pic and Dealer details, tag their CEO, and media handles like ToI etc, and ask when thos law changed in India or Skoda follows different laws? Should get a quick response. Then go find another reputable dealer.
