I was required to provide Form 60 which mentions that I’m working in the organization and the organization has offices in four or more states/UT.
They require the entire address of the offices located in other states along with GST number mentioned in Form 60.

Transfer letter was not a criteria for me.

I bought a VW car from Mumbai itself last year, no bribe was asked from me for BH number plate.

The dealer just asked for the required documents and the fees which was required for registration. The process went quite smoothly for me.
