The 2-3 days in the sun let the poop ferment and the methane build up. Otherwise the moisture will not let the package burn through

Poop into a plastic bag then seal it. Keep it in the sun for 2-3 days. Then wrap it (the plastic bag) inside newspaper, light it and toss it in their house.
