Check the share certificate with the society if it has only her name then it should be no issue buying the property. The share certificate and agreement state who is the real owner of the property.

What kind of company is this? I would say Check for what they are giving for settlement and move on. I would never advise fighting for the job back but rather taking the severance and moving on. You may feel dejected but think of it in way that its happen for good as would you like to work for company where you are not respected.
