Actually no I guess
In contract act
When parent dies liability trf to successor upto the assets received by him
And successor is not liable to pay any extra amount excess of assets received
As ur son is adult(18+)
And he has not shown himself as acting agent of you
Not you have given guarantee
Not he has transferred any asset to you

So I think u might not have to pay unsecured loans

So consult a lawyer regarding this matter
70-80% sure no need to pay loan
