In small office seniors do not hold much power but I’m in head office where it can be a peace of cake. I’ve seen people transferring over night for small issues.

ok, I’m also scared. I think i should drop this idea. It’s just it is occupying my mind that even during leaves I can’t think about anything.

Even by rule he can make extreme work pressure on me. Something he gives very difficult tasks which needs proper training to new employees deliberately so they make mistakes. He put it in file work and humiliate them. These are few of his tactics.

If higher officers will also not take this seriously i may be in danger. Because my senior has almost 10 employees under him and only 3 4 can write proper letter. It’ll not be difficult to find me if it will backfire me.

sorry for u brother. people think all govt jobs are easy. I’ve worked in multiple private jibs before. Not even close to the hosting environment I’m currently in. Can’t leave because i have not any professional degree. It will be very hard to grab any good private job without it

I’m in head office where very seniors officer seat. They can do anything. Even though my senior is only group B officer.

I’m little scared about sharing more information. I’ve no other sources of income in my family. Thinking a lot for past days if i should do it or just accept the environment. I’ve not been able to do anything even in my free time due to this.
