January 21, 2025 at 3:29 pmYeah, he did give them his identity. The girl did too. But it was 14-15 years ago. And they broke up some 10 years ago. I am just thinking that if his ex got married with ease, why can’t he!January 21, 2025 at 3:14 pm in reply to: Friend married his (now ex) gf a long time ago and did not take any divorce while breaking up. #69557UUser_d4fbc97a

January 21, 2025 at 3:10 pmDon’t know man! He thinks his records could come up at the time of registration but then he also tells he did not get his marriage registered, so I asked him how the records would come up then and he is just scared that what if!
I knew this day would come because his ex was seriously crazy and not at all in her right mind. God knows what he saw in her.January 21, 2025 at 3:07 pm in reply to: Friend married his (now ex) gf a long time ago and did not take any divorce while breaking up. #69532UUser_d4fbc97a

January 21, 2025 at 3:07 pmYeah, i am thinking the same. He told me that she brought her friends as witnesses. But then, she is also married now. So, I think he is safe.
But what would happen when he goes to register in court? Any background checks?January 21, 2025 at 3:05 pm in reply to: Friend married his (now ex) gf a long time ago and did not take any divorce while breaking up. #69534UUser_d4fbc97a

January 21, 2025 at 3:03 pmHe showed me his marriage certificate from Arya Samaj and according to him, she destroyed that and their wedding photos.January 21, 2025 at 3:01 pm in reply to: Friend married his (now ex) gf a long time ago and did not take any divorce while breaking up. #69560UUser_d4fbc97a

January 21, 2025 at 3:01 pmYes, I also think so, but what about records? As far as I know, even if the marriage is not registered in courts, their records must be present in Arya Samaj. Also, there must be 1-2 witnesses. He asked me to be his witness proof but i didn’t go or else his parents would have beaten me also.January 21, 2025 at 2:52 pm in reply to: Friend married his (now ex) gf a long time ago and did not take any divorce while breaking up. #69552UUser_d4fbc97a

January 21, 2025 at 2:45 pmI tried to leave him many times, but he is my oldest friend and more like a brother to me. He even borrowed 30k from me some years ago and returned in 15 months (2k per month). I knew I was in loss but I still did it. I never helped him financially after that but I just feel pity for him sometimes. -
