March 2, 2025 at 5:56 pmIf your mother or grandparents or siblings or wife don’t have any significant income then deposit some of that cash in their accounts. You can easily deposit up to 5 lakh in each account and you won’t have to pay tax on it; do this in March itself. Then in April have that money deposited in your account as a Gift. Gifting a blood relative has no tax implications and thus foreclose the car loan.January 19, 2025 at 5:56 pm in reply to: Should I Report My Friends to the Income Tax Department for Suspected Tax Fraud and Illegal Activities? #70934UUser_d5899bc8

January 19, 2025 at 5:56 pmTaxation is theft. The government has absolutely no incentive to use our tax money efficiently for our benefit. Even if the tax collection went 10x overnight , we will still have garbage everywhere, hospitals will remain pathetic, trains will remain dirty, Govt schools will remain useless, air will remain unbreathable. We are already paying exorbitant taxes and we still have sub-saharan water quality to drink and Chernobyl level air to breathe.Your friends may be doing something shady illegally, sure, but do you think they are worse than our Elites? Why do you even want to report them to IT? Because they ghosted you and you are not with them to enjoy their ill-gotten gains when they finally have money? It’s life, people come and go, get over it.
And yes, I advocate tax evasion whenever possible. I pay thousands of rupees of income tax every month and we still have whatever I was written in the first paragraph (perks of being a salaried man). Use cash whenever possible, buy the least possible things, spend money only on necessities, buy from small shopkeepers hawkers and use UPI as rarely as possible. Salaried people can’t escape from Direct Taxes, indirect taxes are the only aspect we can affect and save ourselves from this tax-terrorist country.
