Do software update of your device and install paid antivirus mcafee and report number to cyber crime and do FIR as well from your local police station and share that number online from which you getting call from.

They can’t do anything against minor who is under 18

Open another bank account without telling them and use for yourself only like the transaction you don’t want them to see. If they want to you transfer some money then use the account they knew. This the good method I think.
