February 13, 2025 at 11:53 amIf your friend is presently 19 and the relationship has been going on for a few years some of that pics are of a minor (underage). POSCO would kick in. She should approach a pink police station ASAP. They can easily handle this without parents knowing.UUser_d61e49af

February 11, 2025 at 9:48 amAs a customs officer I would like to clarify. First off we don’t certify every random piece of jewellery that you bring to us. We certify based on an assayer certificate that is issued for the specific ornament by a government authorised jeweller (assayer). The document would contain the exact weight and image/dimensions of the ornament. It’s almost impossible to clone both weight and dimensions of a real ornament to make fake ornaments. Also any quantity above 500gms requires a prior authorisation by the Assistant/Deputy Commissioner. Now if you manage to fool all this, making charge of jewellery typically is 9-18% of its value. Duty evasion is 5% on average. So unless you have a specific buyer for that exact same necklace or bangle you will actually be losing money. Plus due to flight costs, making cost of fake jewellery etc you will not be making any profit even if all these impossible scenarios happened simultaneously.
But I really appreciate the effort. Your intelligence is precious. Don’t waste it. Especially with so little to spare already.

February 4, 2025 at 10:29 amYes. But you do realise that an agreement between two private parties has no bearing on the courtβs ability to pursue a criminal charge. Like i said, a criminal case is a crime against society inasmuch as it is a crime against a private party. Thatβs why even most recently SC ruled that settlements cannot be entertained in rape cases. Hope i am making sense. Also my point was that the original commentor was asking you are reasonable question but you interpreted it in a confrontational manner due to trauma. Your pain is well understood but not every woman is out to get you. Some enquiries are just to get the facts straight so that we can come to a reasonable assumption.

February 4, 2025 at 9:18 amIt was a simple question. What she/he was asking was whether there was any merit to her contention in which case since it is also a crime against society as with all criminal cases, the court need not entertain quashing the case purely based on your divorce decree. In case it was purely retaliatory and no evidences exist then youβll have an easy time with it.Believe it or not, not all 498A cases are lodged to get fatter compensations in divorce.

January 14, 2025 at 5:12 amIts not that no companies pay. It’s just shitty companies that don’t pay. But from company’s perspective the bonus is not for the work done but a carrot for the future work that is expected. So if the employee is leaving the carrot is worthless and therefore not offered. -
