      Toxicity was always there. It isn’t a GenZ thing. Publicising toxicity is a GenZ thing though.

        Just cut off all contact. Communicate only by text and voice chat and not by calls. Save all these as evidences. If she alleges that he is the one behind her then text her that you will ensure that he will not contact her and she do the same.

        Honestly, the information available to you is coming primarily from your brother. I wouldn’t trust it blindly either. It is very much possible that this is a mutually toxic relationship and that your brother is as guilty as the girl.

          NAL. The court has to take a call in this matter. The wife is legally allowed to withdraw the mutual petition anytime before the case reaches finality as far as I know. Unless the husband wants to be in a vulnerable position it would be best to keep silent for the time being and let the advocate do the talking. Being emotional at this stage will only hurt the husband and portray him in a poor light before the court.
