It’s the mother of the wife, who deserved those slaps. All the fight for no.apparent reason other than ego. Let the.mother of the boy file a case against the wife alleging assault and intimidating, and father could be made a co complainant.
They should file the complaint first, and any subsequent complaint by the wife about assault, will be viewed as a counterblast.
These are bailable offences and doesn’t need arrest or incarceration. Am sure hospital has CCTV footage of all these events, secure a copy.
