Either the person you knew who can’t deal with their issues, or you, the person pretending to post in someone else’s name, should grow some balls.

File a police complaint no matter the outcome. you can file it online anyway. We don’t know at this time whether the culprit took any pics/videos of her. Pass the police complaint details to his parents. It would act as a deterrent for the culprit to act silly in the future.
