I too had travelled with Tripbyfly a month back to Russia and uzbekistan. We were 6 people and our travel was very nice. But the hotel he changed before we reached 2 days back but luckily that change was actually good from the last hotel.
It was like a blessing in disguise. Remaining everything was perfectly planned. The owner of Tripbyfly mr.arun I hope he only provided services to u. I think sometimes issues happens but can’t say whom are lucky and whom are unlucky.

Anyhow we will plan with him only for next year also.
