Karnataka doesn’t have a HC judgement on this. So it’s up to them to apply in good faith like a lot of other companies do

Which state are you located in? Some HCs have ruled that you can get gratuity after 4yr 8 months. If you have completed 8 months in service.

No, 180 days is for underground workers. For others it is 240 days.
