He has submitted an application on the 11th of Feb, court received the application but has not passed any order. The legal system in this country doesn’t operate on urgency so he is scared if something might happen at immigration. He has received a 1 year passport validity and hence is worried at immigration they might ask him for a court order approving his travel request. Any idea what comes up during the immigration? He’s sure there is no look out notice against him but during his passport renewal he submitted a court order (with a condition that he must take permission before travelling). Will that order come up in any way?
