Not a legal advice but one of my trick which i used to get out of it

My ex was also kinda toxic and i m scared of all these legal problems so what i did was be the worst/boring bf to her i ignore/seened all her text and dont said a word when i was with her eventually she left me and i was the happiest person at that time.
If she didn’t leave after all this. You have to kinda destroy your self image in front of her friends follow all her friends flirt with all of them eventually she will accused you of cheating or leave you so you can do this
It worked for me hope the same for you..
