Had a similar issue with their Bravia tv. Their technician came in and took pictures (he initially claimed there’s no issue but then I showed him with blank RGB backgrounds). Sony shipped us a new TV within two weeks.

People take advantage of others’ empathy. A 15k lesson but hopefully you dont do it again.
