This is the answer, I’m a NRI living in a gulf country. Whenever i travel out from India, I will take my gold jewellery to a local airport customs approved gold valuer to obtain a gold valuation certificate. That certificate is required at the customers to obtain a export certificate at the declaration counter from airport. Whole i return back to india, i will show those certificates along with the jwellery to get it declared.
