Just gather evidence and file a complaint i think everything will be in the post mortem report and the bill of what the hospital doctor is expecting take them and file a complaint..

It’s outside the family i mean if the girl or their parents go to the police and lodge a complaint a Posco case will be filed on that cousin for sure.. Maybe the girl is scared as hell..
