In simple words there are no such laws for hookup. For live-in relationship without tying the knot is not a criminal offence or illegal.

You will always be at a disadvantage whatsoever evidence you collect. I see many comments here which are quite misleading. Simply having a cctv footage doesn’t prove consent, the girl can always claim she was under apprehension of fear and hence followed through. There is no consent, even if you make her record in mobile then also multiple loopholes exist.

If you wanna really hookup then do it but it’s a gamble.
