April 18, 2025 at 7:25 amMy issue was still not resolved.I gave up and moved away from Airtel cause I found another ISP that provides a static IP and has much better customer support/resolution time at least in my area.

March 9, 2025 at 8:42 amAirtel is one of the only providers that gives you a static IP in my region. I need a static IP for my work so I’d rather keep the plan than cancel. But if there’s no other option yes, I’ll cancel.I’ve made a complaint on [https://consumerhelpline.gov.in/public/](https://consumerhelpline.gov.in/public/) which was closed by them. Nothing stopping me from going consumer court, I’m just not sure how and what that would mean. Can I get an affordable lawyer to help with this or do I do it myself. Sorry for the dumb questions, I’ve googled it and I found a lot of conflicting stuff so I don’t want to mess up.
