      In this case the wife challenged the lower court order of dissolution of the marriage subject to the payment of 63lakh permanent alimony. In the appeal the husband did not challenged the permanent alimony specifically. There was no specific prayer challenging the amount by the husband. Therefore the HC did not interfered regarding this subject. One has to specifically pray for their demands. In this case it was not done by the husband. Law is too technical. There is nothing wrong in the judgement.

        Each case is unique, with varying levels of complexity. Some involve straightforward facts, while others are more intricate. Some cases may have prima facie evidence, while others do not. People often expect an experienced lawyer to provide a solution to their problems. However, the law is the law. If a case doesn’t align with legal parameters, even the most experienced lawyer may not be able to offer a satisfactory resolution. And if you have gone to any junior lawyer, she/he might have given advice for free.

          By what provisions of mlrc will it be governed ? Sec 149?

            Yes you need to make a declaration. And then publish the same on government gazette. Now the procedure to publish in government gazette is online. Search for it.
