March 6, 2025 at 8:40 amLawyer here, This is a clear POSH case. Every company is compliant with POSH ACT 2013. She should complain to POSH Committee at her company. Company is bound to protect her. She can take indefinite leave till the investigation is complete by the company’s POSH Committee i.e within 90 days. The alleged employee harrasing her will be suspended and has to prepare a defense to save himself from this accusation. March 3, 2025 at 2:50 amLawyer here, if you go through their notification you will find a clause saying that ‘they can without any notice can cancel this recruitment altogether or whatever they feel fit’ etc etc.
You have agreed to this clause and have applied for it.
Almost every government job notification has this.

Like if you are getting in a hotel, ensure you both are visibly captured in reception CCTV that will prove that you both checked in with an agreement to be together for that given period of time.UUser_e53825bb

February 9, 2025 at 10:14 amLawyer here graduated from KSLU. ๐ You need to fill atleast 25 to 32 pages with relevant topics only. Ensure to highlight sections and Acts, Main subheadings and pointers, which you remember.
If you are not filling more than 20 pages then it becomes really difficult to pass the exam. -
