i would record her both video and voice. I would talk to members of the society and have a meeting. they would sign a document from her stating she has been threatening and if she were to do something It wouldn’t be the families fault. stamped and signed, notary. if not go to your local police station with higher approach (political, MC) and have it in writing. Dowry threats are serious and turn into reality and so does jail time.

no they can’t do anything. tell them you’re at the doctor’s getting depression medication. 🙂

not if you put an FIR first for fraud and group planned. 420/120B IPC. hopefully he has the cheque number either or the man will be called into the police station with the cheque where he can take a photo of it.
