Can you tell me the step by step process. I want the stun gun and similar products to be legalized because I have a sister and she is not physically strong to defend herself. Because of that I at least want hand held teasers to be legalized.

I’m no lawyer but I think you can file an FIR on that person just tell him (the person you gave money to ) ” Im gonna file an fir on you ” he will start giving you money. Happened to me and it worked
