UHi, I’d recommend filing a consumer complaint, get your refund and get out. Builder is offering you refund already, but the terms might not be suitable. A consumer complaint will ensure that you’ll get adequate interest for the time period when the money has remained with the builder. It might take a while, but refund imo is the best option.
