February 24, 2025 at 4:44 pmmycarhelpline.com is IRDAI website? You’re quoting a random sentence mentioned on some random website and acting smart. It’s quite funny that I am still responding to you over this platform when your level of intellect is not sufficient to even communicate.February 24, 2025 at 4:39 pm in reply to: Car dealer forcing me to buy their insurance at inflated price. #47699UUser_e9c07898

February 24, 2025 at 4:11 pmNothing unfair about it. There’s integration between two businesses, it’s a business decision. You might not like it, but they’re well within their rights to choose an exclusive partner.UUser_e9c07898

February 24, 2025 at 4:10 pmDepends on the applicable rent-eviction act. Some acts, where the suit is filed on the grounds of bonafide requirement, subletting or non-user for instance, do not mandate deposit of rent in Court. Changes from one act to another.UUser_e9c07898

February 24, 2025 at 2:35 pmYeah, essentially. If the initial suit is a suit for eviction, you might be able to file an application for payment of arrears of rent / determination of fair rent. Not sure what defamation has to do with any of this.February 24, 2025 at 2:34 pm in reply to: Need Legal Advice: Kotak Mahindra Bank Falsely Impacted My CIBIL & Asking for FIR to Resolve #47627UUser_e9c07898

January 20, 2025 at 1:14 amThe boyfriend must have filed a petition for restitution of conjugal rights. That’ll end up going nowhere and in all likelihood he’s just feeding you bullshit. If he were really interested in divorce, he’d file for mutual divorce or otherwise.Legally your sister’s situation is quite terrible. Perhaps she can file for maintenance on behalf of her child later.

January 15, 2025 at 6:43 amHi, I’d recommend filing a consumer complaint, get your refund and get out. Builder is offering you refund already, but the terms might not be suitable. A consumer complaint will ensure that you’ll get adequate interest for the time period when the money has remained with the builder. It might take a while, but refund imo is the best option.January 11, 2025 at 8:01 am in reply to: A judge gave back possession of my house to a woman after evicting her family because the lease had ended, they had refused to pay rent for years, and also damaged the property, and now I want to off himself after writing a letter dedicated to the judge and that woman. #76618UUser_e9c07898
