Speak to a lawyer, these are your options:
1. Get a restraining order against him
2. Do a complain in women’s cell
3. Meet his superiors and complain
For all of this you will need proof because ips are public servants and sanction is required to proceed against them from the department. If all of this doesn’t work then you do a criminal case, I am not suggesting a criminal case to begin with because he’s a police officer and will definitely be able to manipulate investigation.
