Try Bangalore way away from delhi also u can find a decent job and quite safe and as long as u respect local language u wont have a problem

Why are u moving out you dont even have a degree how will u survive have u thought about that? Are u being pressurised by anyone to leave
Its none of my business to ask but make sure wherever u go its safe and whoever u gonna depend on is trustworthy

If you scratch car of a person who has contacts then yes either u can go to station and go through all the process in the end police will take some amount from u some amount from him and again u would have to spend money on repairs
