Neighbours and relatives unfortunately cannot be chosen. Best way to deal is with collective pressure – get RWA or society group to pressurize them into being less intrusive. Otherwise get a large barrier to shut yourself off from them.

There are other ‘creative’ ways of dealing with them which I’m sure you’ll find on Reddit (multiple court cases, getting a dog to soil their entrance daily etc) but take those up only if you have the time and energy to deal with their reaction.
