Thanks for doing this. OP, there are much better ways of managing the debt. For e.g., take a debt consolidation loan with longer loan tenor so you get a breather and can continue to pay the loan off while you get increments. There are multiple other options, speak to someone who knows money and can help.

Marriage is legally defined as a sacrament or contract between a man and a woman. Gay sex is legalized by a judgement few years ago. There is no such thing as gay marriage in law.

Yes and no. I don’t want to comment on legal grounds, but if you ask for divorce, you will get a package of cases as a gift from her. Think very carefully before taking any step

Non lawyer advice. Don’t escalate. She may have no intention of taking legal action against you, but if things get difficult for her, she will because it has zero effect on her. So pray to god she doesn’t feel pressure and you be as quite as possible.
