Bro chill! I am certain that if you take Sony to consumer court, you will win for sure. You will not only get free replacement but also ad additional compensation for harassment you will go through in the process.
If you are willing to go through it, please do it.
If not, the alternate is to reach out to top management of the company on email. You may need to send one or two follow up emails to wake them up but that should solve your case.
